Refund Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused.
  • With all original tags attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please Note:

  • Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • The standard return address will be provided by our team during the authorization process.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us at support@montessalife.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items created specifically for you.
  • Final Sale Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Safety/Hazardous Materials: We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet all “Eligibility Criteria” mentioned above (original condition, packaging, and proof of purchase).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund has been approved.

  • Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing Time: Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
